We’re Moving! : New Space, Same Building.
Chelly and I have mentioned our need for a bigger space since we opened. We have received overwhelming support from our community, and we are forever grateful for that. We are currently selling for 22 local artists and makers, with more on our waiting list.
More Room for Activities:
This bigger space will give us the opportunity to expand our local selection, allowing for some of those on our waiting list to join the collective. It will also allow us to host larger events, like our First Anniversary coming up on April 20th, 2025.
The new space also has a 3 bay sink. This will be helpful for our Arts and Crafts times every other Sunday and allow us to host things like Paint and Sips, candle-making classes, and so much more.
Greater Visibility:
Our biggest issue with our current location is the fact that people just have a hard time finding us. Having a window will help immensely in that area. We even have local legend James Mcilroy interested in creating a mural for us!
Our new address will be 4 South Main Street, This is just the rear entrance to the 254 Main Street building. You can still access our shop from Main Street, we will be right around the corner from our current location.
Have time to help?
We would never turn down help it getting the space ready or with moving everything over on Sunday, March 30th. Peter Clark (our landlord) has been fantastic with working with us so that we don’t have to close to switch spaces. We do need to make sure the current space is clean and ready for the next tenant before April 1st. Having everything out on the 30th also gives us a couple of days to set everything up before we open on April 2nd.
Thank You:
We wanted to say thank you again for all the love and support. We wouldn’t be able to do this without the amazing community we have built. We plan to be at this new location for a long time and look forward to seeing your beautiful faces!
This has been a wild ride so far.
Stay Weird,
Morgan
