2024 Witches’ Calendar: Free Download
For the first blog post, I thought adding a simple Witches’ Calendar for the 2024 year would be a great start. As we continue to add to the wealth of knowledge available here, we will add information about all of the Sabbat Celebrations listed here. As that information is added, we will create links to those posts for further reading.
We have included a printable calendar that you can download for free!
What are Sabbat Celebrations?
Sabbats are seasonal festivals that follow the Wheel of the Year. Observing and celebrating the cycle of the seasons has been very important for both ancient and modern people. These celebrations can be broken into two categories: The Solstice / Equinoxes, and fire festivals.
These celebrations have ancient roots and were celebrated all over the world by many different cultures and groups. Because of this, the names used and the celebrations that occur are often different. To keep the information I give as knowledgeable as possible - I will be writing about how I personally celebrate these events and use the terms that I have been using for years. If you or someone you know celebrates differently that does not make either of us wrong. When delving into Pegan practices, you will find many ways to do this work. The trick is to find what works best for you, what fits best in your life, and most importantly - What feels right.
